All orders and service purchases made via MOM’s Foood are non-returnable, except in the case of flaws originating from the restaurant.
MOM’s Foood retains the sole discretion to reject or annul any transaction or order related to restaurants and services that are inaccurately priced or unavailable. This policy is applicable regardless of order or payment confirmation. In instances where payment has been processed by MOM’s Foood, the refunded amount will be returned through the original mode of payment, and the user will be informed through a reasonable means of communication. Once an order is placed, MOM’s Foood will not accommodate any user requests for order cancellations.
The title and risk associated with orders will be transferred to you upon delivery by MOM's Foood (via our delivery personnel), and your acceptance of the orders. While every effort is made to ensure accurate delivery to the intended recipient, MOM's Foood cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries based on user-provided addresses or if someone falsely claims to be the recipient and accepts the delivery. In the case of 'Online Payment' or 'MOM's Foood Prepaid Account,' order processing will commence only after payment is completed. Although MOM's Foood endeavors to deliver orders as per the user's submission, it reserves the right to deliver a similar or alternative order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Such actions will not be considered as substandard delivery. The user is not entitled to refuse the order upon receipt of the items and must fulfill payment obligations for 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Card on Delivery' payment options.
We typically do not accommodate order cancellations once they are placed with the restaurant, as most restaurants do not accept cancellations. However, if you request an order cancellation before it is forwarded to the restaurant, MOM's Foood reserves the discretion to approve or deny the cancellation. In the event of a late, substandard, or incorrect delivery, MOM's Foood maintains a commitment to high-quality services and places significant importance on customer satisfaction. Therefore, if an order is delayed, unsatisfactory, or incorrect due to a MOM's Foood process-related issue, we generally do not charge the customer for the order. However, this is subject to the discretion of MOM's Foood.
